Privacy
This is the privacy policy for the Uruk marketing site. The site is pre-launch, so the data footprint is small. This page is a plain-language summary and will be expanded into full legal terms before launch.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store the email address you provide, and an optional name, so we can send launch and early-access updates. We also keep basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data.
Leaving the waitlist
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time, and we will delete your entry.
Founding Expedition data
If you reserve a Founding Tablet or become one of the Uruk 777, we store what the founder features need: your email (for the reservation), your Tablet Number, an optional display name, and your chosen Hall privacy (public, anonymous, or sealed). You control your privacy tier and can change it any time in the game settings. If you submit a themed portrait, we store the image link you provide and its rendered version; it is reviewed before it can appear publicly, and you can remove it any time. A referral link records who invited whom, for recognition only. These clauses will be reviewed with counsel before launch.
